Kings Gentlemen prefers to receive full upfront payments. We do offer a 50% deposit option as well in some cases. If paying a deposit, the full balance is collected during delivery. If we are shipping the payment is due before we ship.

Production of your garments begin after the initial payment is made.

If you are not located in our direct service area, there are multiple scenarios in which we can do a fitting.

• Trunk show tour: If your city is on our trunk show tour list we will announce dates and locations and this will be a good time to get fitted.

• Separate from our trunk shows, if we are traveling for a client, we will make announcements to what city we are traveling to. If you are in that area, we normally arrange to have openings for extra fittings during our trip.

• You are a maximum 3hr drive from Washington DC and a guaranteed purchase of $1000

• If you are outside of the commuting area we require a guaranteed minimum purchase amount from the individual or group of individuals (i.e. your are making a purchase and have 3 colleagues that also want to meet and make purchases). We will discuss the minimum purchase amount depending on where you are located.

• Virtual fitting: We will send you a detailed guide for measurements and select fabrics through different virtual methods to achieve your goals.

Suits generally should be dry cleaned 1-3 times a year maximum. The best care for suits is to hang the jacket and trousers separately and let them air out for a few hours after wearing them. For any wrinkles we suggest using a steamer.

Shirts can be laundered or dry cleaned. We also suggest ironing the shirts instead of getting them pressed to avoid heat on the buttons which could cause them to crack over time.

The wear & tear of garments is un-avoidable. Throughout the life of the garment, it will eventually happen. Kings Gentlemen is not responsible for the wear & tear of your garments. We advise you to properly care for your garments, which we will advise you on to prolong the life of your garment. Specific wear & tear is normally a result of certain behaviors, for instance trouser wear in the crotch area is common. It should be noted that more delicate and luxurious cloth are more sensitive.

We are committed to our clients and their satisfaction regarding quality and fit. Our ultimate goal is to create garments that look amazing and that you enjoy wearing. Because garments are cut and made specifically for each individual, we do not accept returns. If the fit is not to your liking, we will alter the garments to your fit preferences until we achieve the perfect fit. In rare circumstances if the fit is unattainable due to a mistake in production and we cannot make the adjustments with normal alterations, we will remake the garment at our cost.
